I lived in a 2 bedroom apartment here for 6 months. I really liked it. Compared to alot of complexes around Lafayette I've lived in I thought these were really nice. The only problem we ever had was our refrideratoer kept breaking down. The guy who cam to fix it didn't do it right and we had a major water leak that spread out into the carpet in the living room. They fired the maintenace guy who caused the damage. When we moved out they tried to charge us for the damage to the carpet. When our lawyer kindly reminded them the damage was caused by their own employee they removed the charge. The only reason we moved out was our roomates wanted to live on their own and went and got a new apartment and we couldn't afford to pay the rent on the unit without splitting the costs. Overall I would reccomend them over other apartments in Lafayette.
