Beware of what you are signing and not what the staff tell you. My daughter went to see these apartments along with several others. They insisted on filing an application just to see if we qualify. We paid an application fee and a security deposit. At the time we told the staff that we were still looking and if my daughter found elswhere would we get our money back. We were told yes.She happened to get an offer of a free apartment for 5 months and then we decided she would go back and get at the Landing. When i called the satff we were told that we were accepted and we could not get the security deposit back because it was a loss for them beings we were not renting the apartment. $200 is a lot of money to lose. I thought security deposit meant if the aprtment was wrecked then this would cover it and we never even signed the lease. So beware what they say and dont let them rush you into checking if you qualify.I guess they missed a future tenant also.
