Staff and maintenance couldn't be nicer. I could use new carpet :). Only problem is that you don't get to pick your neighbors. I am lucky to have some great ones. Don't leave any pets outside unattended. A neighbor's cat and mine were both hit and killed by cars within six months and no one stopped. They could use more speed bumps for obnoxious drivers.

I for one, am not looking to move any time soon.
