My apartment floor plan is nice and I love where it is located. However, I'm very disappointed in how long it takes for maintainance to get around to fixing anything. I've had several problems with my refridgerator and I wasn't pleased with how it was handled. Parking is a huge problem, especially for when you have visitors, the office offers visitors passes but isn't open on the weekends for you to get one for weekend guests, which is usually what I have. I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of the pool area and the laundry area as well.
