My roomie's and I have lived here 1yr 1/2 and cannot wait to move!We have a 3br and rent was $850 when we started our lease...we're now up to $900!!! Parking is HORRIBLE, THE WORST, & RIDICULOUS...not only is there not enough parking for residents but FORGET about having guests over. There about 300 units here and probably exactly 300 parking spaces INCLUDING visitor's parking!!! We viewed the area in daytime and it seemed pleasant after moving in once nightfall took place all hell broke loose...police are frequent visitors! Not an environment for families or anyone seeking PEACE & QUIET! Pool water is green as we speak and laundry sites are disgusting! && I hope you're cool w/ wild animals bc possum & cats are a constant sight!
