I'd have to disagree with the other people who reviewed the apartments. I was overall completely satisfied with how quickly the maintainence issues were addressed. The apartments are clean, near everything, and parking is sufficient. Yes, the rent is higher than average for Lafayette, but in my recent move to Dallas, Texas, I learned that I was getting what I paid for there. I'm paying alot more for an apartment that is only 75% as pleasing as Peppertree.
