Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
Unsafe, Staff are -------s, maintenance are thieves, grounds are ------, building are falling apart but wrapped in a new vinyl siding coating, so you can't see that they are falling part, NOISE constantly, rent is way too high for this --------.
The people who reviewed this place and gave it high marks are either idiots, or have since moved on and know nothing of the goings on at peppertree now!
Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere, this will end up bad for you, GUARANTEED!
