I have lived in Peppertree for over two years now. I love the shortcut to the mall, restaurants and stores. The staff have always been friendly and always greet you by name.
Last fall when I had a broken foot and could not get around well, the maintenance guy would even bring my mail to me! There can be a noise problem when younger people move in; they do seem to disregard how loud they play their stereos. The office has always been very helpful in resolving complaints of noise or anything else. The couple that moved in next to me were always screaming and fighting, so I complained to the office. They documented my two seperate complaints that week, and when someone else complained as well, the tenants were evicted immediately. I think they responded quickly!
The rent is high, but I think it is worth it since it keeps out the losers. You have to earn a significant income to live here, so usually your neighbors are the general managers of some retail stores and not the young kids who work there. Which would you prefer'
But they still have not fixed the rain gutters, so the rain does beat down on your deck. They keep the pools very clean, and the lawns very neat. I like the fireplaces! They are beautiful! All in all, I think it is quite worth it.
