I have only lived here for about 3 months and am ready to move out!! The complex is structurally bad (my apartment leans -- in more ways than one) and the carpet is horrible (smells and has many stains that have come through since the move). The whole place vibrates when you walk and every appliance is SO loud when they are on. And never live on the 3rd floor (It's SO freakin hot!). Birds and rodents get stuck in my fireplace, and I have a roach and wasp problem. I clean and clean but the apartment is still dirty. The wallpaper is peeling off where they painted it to look like regular walls. And there are paint spatters everywhere where the maintenance men have so-called repaired the crap. I am moving out! Don't move in. And people are so f**cking loud with doors slamming all night long. And for some reason, the pools are always green and there are always sweaty foreign men in the workout room who take up all the equipment!! The price is SO not worth it. You can get a better apartment elsewhere!!

Thats a dam lie, I been living here for 3 months now and I love it, Its like Im on a vacation 24/7, the area is very nice and discreet, the staff is very helpful, maintenance is perfect, dont really hear any noise, its a very peaceful place, Idk what apartment you were staying in but it dam sure wasnt the peppertree ones
