Lived here for 4 months... had to fix washer and dryer ourselves. Way overpriced. We were able to sublease our apt thankfully and we found out rent went up to 700 for our 1 bed/1 bath. some of the staff is friendly. My vehicle was broken into. Parking well lit in some areas.
