While I lived there several cars have been broken into and several car windows have been busted. The car vandalism is occuring every several nights. To make matters worse, peppertree fails to take any responsibility for this, and also refuses to increase security. I think that it is just plain stupid to be paying this high amount of money and having to live in an insecure place. For just $50 more a month you could live in a gated community and feel safe!

It is true, cars are being broken into and apts are being robbed. They recently hired a maintenance guy from Mississippi and all he does is get drunk and fight with his wife and other tenants. He must go!! But Peppertree is not doing anything about it. He must be related to someone that works here! Cops have been here two nights straight because of him!!
