My husband & I moved into these apartments when we got married in May 07; we were supposed to build a house but things changed a little so we had to find something temporary. These apartments are awesome! We are spoiled!! The more we live here, the more we DON'T want a house of our own!! We live in a 1 bedroom - and we both have lots of stuff - but you wouldn't even know it b/c the storage space here is incredible - AND anytime we have a maintenance issue, the issue is resolved in a matter of minutes - & we have had nothing major, just minor things - but maintenance comes right away. Our washer, just recently, had a little tiny leak in it, nothing major at all, but I still had to let them know b/c i didn't want it to cause damage to the people below us - WELL, we got a new washer a dryer w/in 2 days - AND THEY ARE AWESOME!!! The ones peppertree had in there before worked great!! No complaints at all about those!! BUT THESE ARE LIKE MY MOM & DAD'S WASHER & DRYER - who can beat that'' They are huge. So I would recommend Peppertree to anyone & everyone - you pay a lump sum in rent every month - which is VERY VERY reasonble - actually, it's a great deal b/c everthing is included - we don't pay for water, it came w/washer & dryer, came w/microwave, came w/lots & lots of storage, has a workout room, has a few pools, HAS AN ALARM SYSTEM MOST IMPORTANTLY, has a nice cozy fireplace, has maintenance people that are at your service 24/7 - you never have to suffer with any problem for long (they come so fast & fix it so quickly that it's like nothing every went wrong in the first place), & we have a cool balcony w/2 sets of french doors leading out to it - it resembles a condo on the beach - AND on top of all of this - the staff here are all very friendly & so organized & professional - you can trust them w/anything. Not sure if we will ever want a house now.... Lafayette, LA

wow this is completely false,i don't know where there living but it's not pepper tree apartments.......

WOW! Are you really living at Peppertree??? I have lived there for 2 years! The place looks good on the outside but the inside is falling apart and they keep raising the rent. IT IS A OVERPRICED HELLHOLE!!!!
