When I was first shown the example apartment I was very excited. The only thing I didn t like about it was the appliances, they were a little old but I figured I could get over that. It had very nice landscaping and the pool and hot tub area was beautiful. I thought I had found the perfect place so my apartment search was over. Big Mistake!
When my roommate and I got the keys to the apartment we went to the third floor of our building and right away we smelled cat urine. As we walked inside the stench was over whelming. Not only did it stink but the floor was uneven, they painted over the wall paper in the kitchen and restroom which was pealing off. Which they tried to fix it by covering it with plaster to make it look like it had a foe finish! They also decided to paint the counter in the bathroom (which is now peeling) and put white cocking in the sink to fill in some holes. The whole thing should have been ripped out and redone. My apartment also has roaches, wasp s nests on the balcony, and mice, which I tried to take care of my self but since they are in other apartments as well it is very difficult to get rid of all of them. These are just a few problems I have encountered living here these last couple of months.
I have tried to contact them to get a few things fixed but they never seem to have time or want to get back to me.
As far as recommending this place to anyone else I would not. I feel that they were very dishonest showing me this wonderful example apartment then renting out something completely different.

I so agree. I lived at this place for 2 years. Here are the problems we have had: Carpet in living room coming apart, Countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms are peeling, Drawers in the kitchen falling apart, the bathrooms looks terrible because it is painted over wallpaper. YUCK! The sinks and bathtubs don't not drain well even after many atempts to remedy this, ANTS...we have taken care of these pest more than once. Appliances are VERY outdated! The walls and floors are paper thin. OMG! You can hear even the smallest person walking around above you! TRASH, stray cats, racoons, and bee problems outside! For the money they want you to pay for these apartments you could find a new place for MUCH better...STAY AWAY!!!!! So not worth it!!!!!!
