I lived at this place for 1 year. Here are the problems we have had: Carpet in living room coming apart, Countertops in the kitchen & bathrooms are peeling, Drawers in the kitchen falling apart, the bathrooms looks terrible because it is painted over wallpaper. The sinks and bathtubs don't not drain well even after many attempts to remedy this, ANTS...we have taken care of these pest more than once. Appliances are VERY outdated! The walls and floors are paper thin. Oh My God! You can hear even the smallest person walking around above you! Along with TVs and stereos. Residents LOVE to drive in playing there music in cars very loud and leave trash everywhere! If you move into a 3rd floor unit your utilities will be VERY high during the summer. TRASH, stray cats, raccoons, and bee problems outside! For the money they want you to pay for these apartments you could find a new place for MUCH better...STAY AWAY!!!!! So not worth it!!!!!!

Thanks for this. I have called on a couple of occasions and the person answering the phone is the rudest person I have ever spoken wtih. Evidently she doesn't realize it's the tenants who are paying for her clothes food and everything else!!! no thanks!!
