We are moving!!! Peppertree must be desperate to rent to anyone because we are having the worst kind of people moving in. Most of the apartments are rented to illegal immigrants that ride bicycles but we are talking about at least 6 people in an apartment!! Then there are the white trash rednecks that leave garbage in the streets, party by there redneck trucks late at night. They are inconsiderate, did I mention low lifes' There is yelling and fighting late at night!
I don't feel safe here anymore. The maintenance guys left and they were the best! I wonder why they left' The women in the office are snotty women with attitudes. Who is the customer here'
We are under new management, but they are not doing a very good job! Pretty soon, it will be the worst apartment to rent for decent people.
If your decent, don't move here!!
We are paying over $1000 a month so the rent must be cheaper for these low lifes but then they have plenty of room-mates.
I'm out of here!!!

with the office staff so snotty and inconsiderate you wonder how they have a job?????? where is the upper mgmt? and why they don't see the problem????????????

I think some people should use the old addage "If you can't say something nice then shut the hell up". It's also funny that most comments are from people who either don't follow the lease procedures and have to pay the price and make it management's fault. From one Manager to Another, Margaret you are doing a great job. Keep it up Girl. Put that in pipe and smoke it.

She is true... this complex has really gone DOWN HILL. The grounds away from the office area are disgusting! There are cigarette butts everywhere. Seems like management needs to walk the grounds and see what the cpmplex really looks like. We pay way more than this apartment is worth. I do not feel safe here anymore and will move out very soon. The parking lot is not safe for children. People are constantly speeding and many are inconsiderate oward their neighbors...i.e. hollering off of balconies, leaving out bags of trash.
