The location is great...very centrally located to lots of hot spots in Lafayette, but the apartment complex itself is nothing special and not what you are forced to pay! They either need to lower the rent dramatically or renovate all of the apartments complexes. They only replace appliances once they are broken. The microwave in my apartment was a woodgrain turndial microwave - looked like something from the 80s! Back when they were first built I'm sure they were great but they really need to redo them. The staff there can be very rude and ignorant and I do agree with the fact that there's been a ton of noisy trashy people moving in. I'm at Chateau Des Lions now and its MUCH better for an extra few hundred a month, but toally worth it! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
