I lived here for 1 1/2 years and while I could agree with some of the reviews to an extent, the apartments aren't that bad. I do agree that they are overpriced for what you are getting as far as appliances are concerned. but over all we have enjoyed living at Peppertree. I have got great neighbors and rarely have a complaint other than my a/c. But again I chose the top floor. So I would say over all Peppertree is a nice place to live.

i totally agree, its ok been here awhile no problem other than the appliances are outdated and they have a problem with buying appliances that match when they replace em, only problem i have is the doors around the windows are not that sealable and i get air thru at times and keeps my apt cold, other than that its ok.. i would advise that if your know your gonna stay sign up at least a yr at a time or the rent will go up $10.00 at end of lease which really sucks but they have to be equilavent to all the newer apts going up and yes you might move and get newer appliances and a newer place but the rent is alot higher and you have no landscaping which is nice and cooler in the summer...
