Peppertree has to be the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. The apartment is not worth the 925.00/ month that I pay in rent. The apartment is very old, and needs to be updated. The wood is rotten, you can literally shake the walls. The air conditioner has not worked right since i moved in, and maintenance is terrible. there is always a wierd smell throughout the grounds and it feels more like public housing when you are inside
