Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008
So my 6 month lease is coming up. I initially signed a 6 month lease and had thought about signing the 12 month lease, but was advised that if I needed a "bit more time", that I could rent month to month after my 6 month lease. Not bad, right' Wrong! I got a reminder letter about my lease ending soon with the "prices" on if I renewed my lease or went from month to month. I pay $880 right now, if I renew for another 6 months- it goes up 10 bucks a month ($890). If I go from month to month it goes up $220!!! That's right- $1100 a month, from $880 for a small 2 bedroom apt!!! REDICULOUS!!!!!!
