I have lived here for about 6 months and all in all its ok. The girls in the office are very nice and willing to help. However there is a roach infestation that needs to be fixed! When I moved in I asked about roaches and they said they dont have a problem but I am very clean and still manage to have a problem with them. My apartment unit is very nice and I like it but some of my nieghbors say that when they moved in the apartment was trashed I would definitly ask to see the unit and not a model unit before I moved in. I got lucky. THe rent was raised when my lease was up for no reason. If I only sign for month to month or a 6 month lease then rent goes up considerably but if I sign for 12 more then it stays the same. I think that is a rip off. But there are definitly worse places to live and all in all the aparment itself is spacious. The patio is very large and the extras it comes with are great.
