I have been living here for 8 months now and this is the worst living experience I have ever had. First of all, when I moved in, I thought, "Okay this is very nice except for the small stain on the living room floor. So I filled out what few imperfections I found on the move-in condition list. Boy did my opinion change (AFTER I had already signed the lease). They give you 10 days to fill in move-in conditions from the day you move in and I SURE went back to make a long list of things wrong. I went to the bathroom and the first time I pulled out the drawer, it fell apart. Then the next morning I turned on the lights and all the "pre-occupants, i.e. roaches" scattered and hid. Then I realized the living room has no lighting. Then I tried to microwave something and realized the dial timer didn't work and they had to replace the microwave. Then I went to do my dishes and the dishwasher wasn't even hooked up to the countertop and just wobbled in place, so they had to come screw that in. Then I realized the entire carpet in every room smells like pee really bad. Then I went to wash my clothes and the washer stopped mid-cycle and I had to restart it manually. Then they replaced my washer with the exact same model and it has the same problem - so I have to rig it on only one cycle to get it to work. After figuring that out, I went to dry my clothes and the dryer wouldn't dry. Then they replaced my dryer and the new dryer didn't work. Then I asked them to clean the dryer vent several times and they never did. Then I battled the roaches for 8 months with raid, roach motels, blunt objects, and a boyfriend to smash them for me. The pest control man comes and "sprays" but the only time I see dead roaches is when I spray raid. That only covers the inside of the apartment. I could not go outside at the beginning of the summer at all because the killer bees were swarming on my porch. Now, at the end of the summer, the wasps are continually crawling through the cracks in my windows and they're building a wasp-opolis in front of my front door, so now I have to fight roaches and wasps. So 8 months later, I still don't have a dryer that works - I have to dry my clothes 3 times and they still come out smelling just alright, I keep 2 cans of raid in house at all times. When people come over, I have to say "Say hello to my little friends!" (Mind you, I've never had roaches in my life!) I'm waiting for the roaches to start synchronized swimming in my toilet like those in "Joe's Apartment". Can't wait for my lease to end. Great location by the way - easy access to Ambassador Caffery.

I have witness this at these apartments, and I can verify that this review is accurate. It's an expensive apartment that comes with lots of little extra tenants that crawl around. I'd be too scared to sleep in this place.

Hello people....roaches are usually brought in by the person. I have lived here several different times over the past 5 years and have never experienced this problem. Sounds like you had bad luck with the appliances....exaggerating much?
