I lived here for a year and absolutely loved it. If I needed anything, the office and maintenance staff were always very helpful. The rent is very cheap for the square footage. My bedroom was huge. Very close to everything.

I guess you never parked here at night time. Or tried to drive through the entrance after a rain. There is very selective enforcement of the rules. Management will tape notes to your door rather than confront you. They will tape these notes on Friday afternoon as they are leaving so you can't have any say until they return on Monday. They usually date these 3-6 days prior to when actually administering them to make it look as if you are at fault. Expect the rules to change without notification, then expect to receive a lease violation for newly invented rules you weren't informed of, and that weren't in the contract. The people here are generally nice. Don't expect to get your damage deposit back under any circumstances. There is so much to go on about. If this is a reflection of Latter & Blum's management in general, don't expect me to ever live in one of their dumps again.
