I live here now and I am counting down the days left on my lease. I hate this place. The one good thing about them..There is alot of square footage and closet space. That's pretty much it. They are extremely noisy. I've lived here for almost a year and I have not had more than one week where I didn't have to hear some sort of major construction work going on. Just constantly hammers banging, drills and saws. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything from other apartments. They also spray some sort of chemical spray in the bathtubs and when they spray in another apartment the chemical fumes come into your apartment through the ventillation systems. It happened twice this week. The second time it was so intense and was making me so ill I had to pay to stay overnight in a hotel. Everything in them is old and crappy and falling apart. Almost everything in here is breaking. They are infested with bugs. My aprtment is majorly infested with spiders. They crawl up through the drains in the sinks and bathtubs and I've had them in the bed on more than one occassion. The people who live next to me are selling drugs out of their apartment. One of the ladies in the office is nice, but the other one is completely rude and always looks at you like how dare you bother her with your presence. They smell like old crusty ciggarettes. I hate living here. This is by far the crappiest apartment complex I have lived in in lafayette. If I could move out today I would and I heartily suggest you look somewhere else.
