It was nice when we first started staying there....but there's numerous things i can name about that place that are outrageous....1-prices of the apartments are to expensive...2-they have a good group of maintenance people but when you have a problem in the apartment they never come out and fix it...that or you're waiting for months for them to fix something...and everyone lives right there in the apartment complex...3.-pet fees are way too much...$300.00 if they havent gone up more than that....4.-for a one bedroom apartment your paying $535.00/monthly plus a $20.00 waterbill/monthly....thats insane... when you first move in there they tell you aww your water and utilities are included in the rent and that u get free basic cable...thats bull because all of that is included in your rent for a littl while...then they change the rules on you...5.-if your gonna sign a lease with them good luck cause everytime your lease is up...the rent goes up... i know cause we stayed there for a year and a half...we went from paying $475 to $535 then we broke our lease and moved the hell out...cause they didn't know what they were doing...6..some apartments have washer/dryer connections and some didn't mostly the people living upstairs from you had this advantage...so you can't sleep at night k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
