i have been living here for 10 months now, my lease is up in sept. i had several problems since being here,1)the water faucets in the sink in both bathrooms broke (twice in the master bath) and water flooded my apartment. Needless to say they refuse to change my carpet, they got some company to soak up the water and sprayed something on it and dried it. The smell was terrible. 2)There is a infestation of gnats due to them placing mulch on the grounds. Pest control is constantly telling the manager that the gnats will not go away until the remove the mulch. It's been 2 months now and they still haven't removed it and yes the gnats is terrible. Can't eat without them getting in your food, can't watch tv without them getting in your face. It's beyond terrible. I will not be renewing my lease. There's a whole list i could write but it would take all day. 3)parking lot floods can't get out of car on a rainy day without soaking your pants. Wouldn't rent here again!!!!
