Bad Experiences

I lived there for 6 months and the problems just keep stacking up. 1) The parking lot has giant craters, not just in the through way but the actual parking spaces, make certain you have a good suspension system on your vehicle and check it often. 2) The included appliances are from about 1970 (dishwasher, A/C, fridge) and they are in no hurry to replace those. 3) There is no grace period for the rent, if they don't have it on the first its an automatic $50 and an eviction notice 3 days later, so don't go out of town if the first falls on a weekend because you will come back to a nice eviction notice. I spoke with many other complexes in the city and all that I talked to had a grace period, even the nice expensive ones. So why do the less expensive apartments not have a grace period' I'll let you figure that one out. 4) No outside; outgoing mail drop. You have to drop your outgoing mail inside the actually office, if the staff are out showing apartments or something guess what, you don't get to drop mail off that day, especially if you don't have time to sit and wait for them to show up and unlock the door so you can mail your bills out. 5) When you add all that stuff up you come to realize how unprofessional the staff is, (no, dressing professional does not make you professional). You pay a good deal for rent but you see no returns from it, no improvements, nothing, good luck!
