Parking lot needs to be repaved, outside of buildings need to be repainted and the brick needs to be repaired/replaced, pool closed half the time, or the fox run kids are in it, landscape needs some tlc, the cars that have broken windows and flat tires need to be removed, the car break-ins are getting out of control, the coule is an eye sore, the trash and clutter on people's patios and balconies is hedious, entry is akward, a lot of trash has been moving in, VERY poorly lit, nasty laundry centers that people have "fun" in, rude office staff that lies, poor management, great model apartment but mislead you once you get in your own apartment, old appliances, cabinets are falling apart, fixtures need to be updated, carpet is stained as soon as you move in, roach and rat problems (not even in my apartment!), washer/dryer connection locations are not the best, directv only (and the price they quote you in the office is a lie, it's double), crappy flooring, thin walls, the list goes on...

They have tried to up the place up a bit, but it seems to be at no use. This place is going to crap. I'm moving as soon as my lease is up, because aparantly if I want to move early it is going to cost me $94854398756598475. Not really...but close.
