First off the apartments are old, but the price is not that bad. I don't like paying for water when most places include it with the rent. They have a contact with directv and at&t which sucks for most of my neighbors, but I really don't mind. I have great service. When something is wrong in my apartment it takes maintenace a few days to come out, and when they do... it's fixed. They are trying to make it better by adding a BBQ thing, it needs to be concreted, not pea gravle, but it's nice. Their fitness center is small but again it's nice. The office staff seems to be stressed out alot and go through help like crazy. Two girls have been there since I moved in 8 months ago, but everyone else has been replaced. There are some people that are extremely loud and should be kicked out, but nothing I can do. I like it here over all. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
