We moved into this apartment over a year and a half ago. The Staff has been very helpfull and accomidating in the whole move. Since weve been here any problems we have had have been promptly taken care of, and have had very few problems. The grounds are nicely taken care of and the staff and resedents plesent. Pest control and maitanance on the apartment occured at regular intervals and in the 2 years here we havent seen one bug. (thats saying alot for the south). We have never had a rent incress in the 2 years of being here and the place continues to improve. We highly recomend this as a woundefull place to stay in the lafayette area. weve never used the laundry facilities or gym but have seen them and its allways clean.
