I am a college student, and I have lived at South Point for over 2 years. It is a very quiet and peaceful place. I have never been woken up in the middle of the night by any kind of disturbance. The staff is friendly and well accommodating. If you ever need anything fixed, they will be there pronto! The grounds are ALWAYS clean and well manicured. And what more could you want with Walmart,Blockbuster, and Hot Wok conveniently located right across the street.
If you decide to move here, living in the front apartments are more convenient than the back ones. If you live in the front ones you will get a prime parking spot right in front of your door most of the time.
