Apartment is old & Management is difficult to deal with

I recently moved to Lafayette and lived in South Point Apartment Homes for 6 months. The grounds are kept up nicely. The pool and hotub are also in good condition, but the apartment was old and outdated. The refrigerator was very old and the shelves were not sturdy. There were also a few break-ins reported to me from the people around me. The bathtub was old it had a rusty focet, of which I was charged for when I moved out (taken out of my deposit. All of these things I can handle, but the management staff is more than difficult to deal with. They are rude, cocky, and will blame everything on their Corporate office. I do not recommend renting at South Point.
