First of all, the managment sucks. For the 6 months I lived there they were always rude and snotty to me when I had a question (of course after I signed the lease).

The "state of the art" fitness center is a joke, half the stuff is broken in the lame excuse of a gym. The hot tub is an above ground piece of crap that is usually broken.

It is right next to a wonderfull walmart, so the scenery is great. Also, the crime around the complex is pretty bad (especially around the back fence). They layouts of the apartments are lame too.

When you sign the lease beware, they dont start counting until the month after you move in, so they can con you into a lease longer than what you thought. I had to move for a job, and the *itch manager charged me out the a$$ because of the fact that I had to sign a 6.8 month lease instead of a normal 6 month lease.

So why did I move here in the first place' Cause it was one of the few places I could asily get into after Katrina/Rita hurricanes. Southpoint aparments can go fvck themselves
