i can say the maintenance people here are top notch. they respond immediately and are real personable and respectful.
however, i cant say that for the office people, theres no doubt when you meet them you get the impression they think everyone here is stupid and you are bothering them. the property manager seems to be a very professional lady, but i've noticed her staff workers turn into she-devils when shes not around.
however, they make good use of illegal immigrants and the grounds are well-kept in addition to the pool is always clean.
its not a bad place, yet it is overpriced, and if you can put up with motorcycles drag racing all times of the night on verot school road, then it would make a decent place to stay.
