I've lived here for several years now mostly because the room sizes are nice, and I hate moving. The rent goes up every new lease you sign (almost $100 in the past two years) and the manager is quite rude. When I came dressed in a dress and heels to ask about an apartment, ------, the manager, was excited to get me into an apartment. Unfortunately the move in date didn't work with what I needed so I came back two months later in jeans. She didn't remember me and said that there was a wait list and put my name down on an imaginary piece of paper. (Keep in mind she had told me 2 months before that there would be plenty of apt available). I overheard the other office worker on the phone telling people there were apt available, and I got my apt through her one day when ------ was out. Apparently, she picks and chooses who she wants to move in by looks alone. She's also extremely rude when calling or going in to mention a maintenance problem and has even ignored several of my calls about workers who left my apartment a mess. Aside from her, the apartments are nice especially if you get one that has been remodeled. The rooms are big and come with walk in closets. The grounds are kept up except the pool which is dirty most of the summer but the maintenance staff is very nice. If you can get past ------, it is a nice place to live.
