LOVED IT!!! WOULD HAVE STAYED LONGER, BUT GOT A LARGE DOG WHICH IS NOT PERMITTED! GREAT PEOPLE... GLENDA IN THE OFFICE WAS SUCH A SWEETHEART. MAINTENANCE WAS ON TIME AND THING GOT FIXED QUICKLY AND CORRECTLY. PEST CONTROL WAS KEPT UP. THEY TAKE A LOT OF PRIDE IN THE PRESENTATION OF APARTMENTS AND STAYED ON TOP OF PEOPLE TO KEEP WINDOWS, BALCONYS, AND WALKWAYS CLEAR AND CLEAN. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

Exactly what color of the people are you talking about, do you realize your "President" is a person of color. As far as the smell funny comment, I've been around people of all color and either you pratice good hygeine or you don't. Some people smell like wet dogs, and I don't mean people of color. The rent goes up every year and appliances are outdated. Management is definitely prejudice, dont' fall for the ookie dook. A lot of White Lafayettians need to wake and realize they are not running things and no matter how hard you try, "You can't stop us now". Hope the people who need to hear this read this. If this doesn't apply to this comment look under their apartment advertisment under comments and responses.
