I HATE THIS PLACE!!! MY APT FLOODED THREE TIMES AND ALL THEY DID WAS PATCH IT UP AND SAY I'M SORRY! THE GUY WHO CLEANED MY CARPET SAID SUMMERPLACE KEPT HIS FATHER IN BUSINESS!

The carpet guy told me the same thing while he was extracting water from my apartment at 6AM!!!!
