It does flood here and I don't feel the maintenance are qualified persons

I have seen a steady stream of people come and go, here for a short lease and then move quickly. They nickel and dime you for everything, and don't expect to get your deposit back. I would not ever recommend "Summer Place" to anyone that had a choice to go elsewhere. I have heard of "Major" construction issues, poor plumbing, electrical, and A/C issues. If you do move here, make sure you take out an insurance policy. Don't waste your time, Bottom Line!!!!!
