Horrible!!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The walls are quite thin. You can hear your neighbors' conversations through the walls perfectly.
A lot of noise from car stereos in parking area late at night. Residents enjoy having parties and playing loud music very late into the night.
Management seems not to care about anything expect receiving rent checks on time.
