I have lived in The Grove for almost a year now, and I've never rented a place that had so many problems. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored even after MAJOR problems were identified. The long-term renovation project seems to translate into contractors free access to the apartment, unanounced and for no specific reason. I recommend looking elsewhere, where you can find better living for much less money.

im new the the apartments and new to Lafayette. Well new to Louisiana as a whole. I am from Michigan. Just moved down here to visit with my mother and was wondering if anyone knows what there is to do around here? I am 19 and male. Any where to play basketball? I need to keep in shape for next season.
