Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2006
 
I resided at the Grove during my college career. Over the course of 5 years, I was overall satisfied...I got a new refrigerator, they updated my balcony. Maintenance requests were ignored though, and when I moved out I discovered mold in my closet after I had called in an a/c leak several times.
