I lived in this apartment for 2 yrs. They will never verbally tell you about misc lease breaking cost. Their contract is a big trap. While renting the apartment if you ask about lease breaking cost they will only tell you that it is one month rent and forfieted security deposit but they charge you 250$ Turn around fee, Concession pay back by showing higher market rent and pay extra cleaning cost if you did not spit shine the apartment before leaving. I ended up paying more than 1500 $ just to leave the apartment.
