I lived at the Plantation Apartment for years, and LOVED it! Everytime I requested maintenance in my apartment, if I had questions regarding my lease or any other thing, I was always helped. I never felt like I was aggrevating or "interupting" anyone at all. They were always very nice, and understanding. I loved it. The people that had bad things to say probably messed their apartment up. haha, I just find this funny. The property is also nice, I loved the pool area, and fitness center.

I say yes. A very nice property!

We have lived here for two years and are about to move out, Thank God!! It's very UNSAFE, many car and apartment breakins and theft. The office management is extremely rude and unhelpful. It is a decent place but the rent is way too high for how old the complex is. We also have alot of problems with appliances breaking and not getting fixed . I have and will continue to NOT reccomend anyone to move in here! Oh and don't expect to get your deposit back, but then again they might need the money more than us considering how low the occupancy is!!
