I was a resident for 2 year.. I lived on both the Plantation and the Grove... the management is clueless and corrupt... I too felt uncomfortable going into the front office, as it seemed I was always interrupted gossip hour, so I would drop my rent of in the drop slot over night before it was due... I have had nothing but problems getting my deposit back from both apartments... I have to pay a $600 fee for carpet replacement due to pet stains and I didnt have a pet, or else they are reporting it on my credit next week, yet NO ONE will call me back or respond to my letters... They are also charging me a pro-rated rent for living there 2 weeks past my move out date, yet I moved out a week early upon closing on a house... the sidewalks flood like swamps every time it rains... I went 7 months without drip pans under the burners on my stove... and I payed extra for a renovated apartment in the grove that only had a knew bathroom, while every other renovated apartment had new doors, light fixtures, and a kitchen!!!! DO NOT LET THE GORGEOUS POOL AND NICE SHOWCASE APARTMENT FOOL YOU!
