Horrible Horrible Horrible

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
The apartments are not well kept at all. They have only one maintenance man for 6 properties. The roof has been leaking for almost 2 months and is not fixed. It takes for ever to get a response from the office staff on maintenance issues. Molly loves to send "threating" letters, but when you respond, she has to get Loraine to speak to you. Both are very rude. Can't wait to move.
