Its your choice. Read my review before moving in

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003
I lived in this place for 2 years. Like most other appartment complexes it has its' good and bad parts.
Good things are:
Its very close to campus about 2 min walking distace if you are going to ULL.
New Management is top of the things and fixing stuff correctly and swiftly.
Parking is no problem...but if you have a guest coming over on school days, make sure to use guest parking ticket (I had 2 of my guests cars towed not to use it).
Close to grocery store Albertson's to get yoru stuffs.
Is good deal if you are a student if you are looking for a nice little shelter.
You get free cable sometimes up to 60 channels.
Bad things:
Appartments are not that clean. you can smell your previous tanent's spicies that they used to cook (specially indian curry).
If you are not alert with dishes, you will have uninvited guests(roches) for sure.
Bathroom is not that clean(but you get used to it)
Walls are thin therefore you can sometime hear your neibhour fighing or chilling.
Its too old. Tropical Storm "Lily" brought the front portion of a building (brick wall) down. And, wile I was leaving after one year, they were still fixing it.
Dont think of going to pool.
Laundry is not adequate...( we used to go to Stokes Laundry instead.)
And you might have problem with your deposit if you dont make sure to leave the appartment with the sam condition as you moved in.
Finally, I would recommend any limited budget students or anyone to move in there..but if you have some extra money and a transportation I would recommend to look for a better place..
Good luck
