I've lived here for one month, and this place is terrible!!! There are roaches everywhere!!!! Big ones, small ones, round ones, black ones, brown ones, them shits are EVERYWHERE!!!
our neighbors above us beat the hell out of each other and you can hear it all day and all night.
I'm in summer school, so parking isn't a problem.
I wouldn't feel safe outside at night.
Last week 20 peoples tires got slashed. I got lucky and my car didn't get it. but my bike did. (not such a big deal. bike tires are 4 bucks. real tires are not. )
but we are moving out soon. to break your lease you lose your 400$ deposit and have to pay a fee of 525$. very expensive, but worth it since this place is so ------ or trying to ruin my life.
i tell everyone not to live here.
