The only think good about this place is the location. Its a very short bike ride to campus, and about a 10 min walk. Be warned the management is terrible. They will screw you however possible, keep most of your deposit,the will put boots on your friends cars and charge $50 to take them off. One day i took my moms car to the complex they booted it and charged me even though i lived there. OH yeah and be prepared to have your car vandalized. My tires were slashed along with my girlfriend, roomate, and about 20 other cars. Oh yeah my roomates car was also egged once, and they stole parts off of it. Dont be confused this was not one occasion but 3 seperate ones in one semester. There is also a roach problem. But the location is the only thing keeping them in business.
