When we first moved in the rent was 625. Then they raised it to 650. Then to 675. So we are trying to move out before they raise it to 700. I honestly think that it is severely overpriced, even if it is right on campus.

We are on the second floor. The people that used to live upstairs were quiet and we never had a problem with them. Now some others guys moved in and all they do is stomp on our ceiling until about four in the morning. We went complain to the office. (The nice thing is...they knew exactly who we were, which apartment we lived in, and who the new people were. I was very impressed). But they never stopped stomping. We have had problems with the AC, but you have to remember to change the filter every month. They will change it for free if you bring the nasty, dusty filter in their office. Last time I just told them to give me one and I would put it on so I didn't have t hang around and wait for the guy to come in and do it. Which was pretty cool. By the way, the people in the office have always been helpful, but we never really had any problems, until the stomping. The only complaint about management is that they jack the price up. They also wait until the middle of the month (15th-20th) to cash the rent checks from the first. It just aggravates me... The apartments are pretty disgusting...I just try to keep it as clean as i can. There are stains on the tile floor that will never come off. The carpet is so thin that it feels like you are walking on cement. Plus the carpet is maroon. Try decorating around that...geez.

The walls are horrible...they are that popcorn stuff that's always on ceilings...but it's on every square inch on the walls. It really hurts if you hit the wall with your elbow...

There is no ceiling light in the living room...Which is really poor design if you ask me.

The closet space is wonderful.

My bedroom window shakes when the front door is opened and closed. The wall that my window on is weak. We tried putting curtains up but i ended up just getting mad and stabbing holes in the walls to show how weak they were. It must of got wet, or infested. who knows...it's an old place.

Some stuff used to squeak when we first moved in but I sprayed WD40 on them and it was fine. The key hole used to be hard to fit the key in but I put graphite lube in it and it worked like a charm. Like I said, old place. It is pretty spacious for three. Four is pushing it...Maybe we just have a lot of junk...i don't know.

I wouldn't have a problem with the place if it wasn't for the stomping upstairs and the ever growing rent. Oh! and when they did jack up the price they didn't inform us, until after we paid that months rent...they put an eviction notice on the door saying we owed 25 dollars. I laughed and went pay it...She said they had no other type of notice...so whatever.

If you want a pet, the deposit is the amount of one months rent. So that would be 675.

At random times I hear foreigners yelling in their native language outside. I don't know what's up with that. But there are a lot of foreigners that live here. But in comparison...we meet a lot of really cool people that we are really good friends with now.

I didn't even mention parking! geez. Summer and christmas..everything is danty. When school comes around...every student must think they can park here. I wish only people that pay rent could park in the lot. I never get to park close to my apt. One day I looked and the first four spots..none of them had stickers. Makes me mad.

We use the stokes washers and dryers to do our laundry. Don't even attempt to use UPA's. I think everyone knows they are a joke. But the good thing is they have a coke machine in there.

They cut grass at like 8 in the morning...it doesn't bother me, but I have heard others complain.

The kitchen cabinets are a little nasty. The stove is tiny...everyone that comes over laughs at it. There is a dishwasher and a garbage disposal...pretty sweet if you ask me. The sink is shallow. I really hate that.

You can only take a shower for about 10-15 mins before the hot water doesn't work anymore. And the kitchen hot can't be turned on when someone is in the shower. But you can however flush the toilet and use the bathroom sink.

There are also stray cats all over the place.

That's all I can think of, hoped my comments helped. I am just being honest about the place.

I completely agree with everything. Seems like some stuff bothers you more than me. Only thing you mention that bothers me alot too is the parking, people double park, and others dont even live here and park, they need to tow more often...
