The units themselves are nice, well built and comfortable. The downside: Unfortunately, the rent has increased three times in the last year. There are also not enough trash dumpsters available for the population. They fill up quickly and heaps of trash are regularly piled next to them on the ground. It is unisghtly and attracts pests. This is 11 months after the hurricaine, so the matter should be resolved by now. The management is quick tempered and difficult to approach. She actually sent out a flyer blaming the tennants for the trash situation and stating that garbage left outside of a dumpster (even a full one) would be searched, and the owner fined $50.00. Why not just invest in a couple of extra dumpsters'
