Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
It's not worth of rent we pay.
Supposed to be a gated community, but gate is never fixed and always open for
anyone to come in. Also, the other gate is chained up so there's only one gate
for all the residents to get out.
We thought it will be very nice but don't like it here anymore.
I rather rent a house with the high rent I pay here or buy a house.
